Main offer
For each information system, we present two basic packs : the SERENITY and the ASSURITY pack.

Packs and options
Our two types of packs contain exactly the same services and include ten database instances that can be extended in increments of ten. The main difference between the packs, apart from their cost, lies in the choice of options. Only the SERENITY pack offers options, so the ASSURITY pack has no options at all.
Initialisation fee
A set-up fee per pack is charged for the first year. This fee is fixed for ASSURITY packs. For SERENITY packs, an awareness service is calculated on a number of days basis.
Tickets WH / NWH
WH : Working Hours, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.M., excluding weekends and public holidays
NWH : Non-Working Hours, 24/7/365, public holidays included
WH tickets are included in SERENITY packs with the UNLIMITED option.
NWH tickets (24/7/365) are also included with the ON-DUTY option.
For each subscription or renewal, ASSURITY packs require the purchase of 10 WH tickets per pack and per 10 instances. This number of tickets can be revised each year according to estimated needs. Finally, unused tickets are fully re-credited from one year to the next and do not have to be reacquired as part of this commitment.
